Believing that whole lives and healthy homes and communities begin with a foundation in the Word of God, the Alaska-Yukon district is working to bring people in the North toward an understanding of who God is and who they are in Him. Currently, there are over 28 churches in the district reaching the diverse regions and people with the gospel.
Internationally, the United Pentecostal Church International (UPCI) has been counted among the fastest growing denominations in North America since it was formed in 1945 by the merger of the Pentecostal Church, Incorporated, and the Pentecostal Assemblies of Jesus Christ.
